MindRight ("the App") is a Bible alarm clock that helps you wake up to Scripture. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.
All of your data is stored locally on your device and never leaves it. This includes:
This data is not transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. If you uninstall the App, this data is permanently deleted.
The App does not require or support account creation, login, or any form of user authentication. You are not asked to provide a name, email address, password, or any other personal information.
The App does not use any analytics services, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. No usage data, device identifiers, or behavioral information is collected or shared with third parties.
The App connects to the ESV API (api.esv.org) operated by Crossway to retrieve Bible audio and text. When you play or read a chapter, the book name and chapter number are sent to this service. No personal or device-identifying information is included in these requests.
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
In the future, the App may introduce features such as optional account creation, cloud backup, analytics, or other services that involve data collection or transmission. If and when such features are added, this privacy policy will be updated prior to their release to clearly describe what data is collected, how it is used, and any new third-party services involved. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
